Why don’t you take orders online? We want to make sure you get the right equipment for the right job. We have a knowledgeable staff who can discuss options and alternatives with you as you make your decision.
How can I pay for my rental? If you don’t have a credit account established with us, you’ll need to leave a deposit in the form of check or major credit card. When you return the equipment, you can pay for the rental with cash, check or charge.
How can I get a credit account? How does that help me? We offer credit accounts to both contractors and homeowners alike. You can print out a credit application by clicking the credit app. link on our home page or by giving us a call so we can fax or mail one to you. When you return your application (by mail, fax or in person) Tammy our credit manager will begin the approval process. Having a credit account with us will secure you free or reduced delivery of all equipment, eliminate the need for leaving deposits and generally speed up the rental process.
Do you deliver? Yes, we can deliver anything we carry. Delivery price depends on equipment size (does delivery require a pick-up truck or a semi tractor-trailer) and delivery range. Call us for a quote. Delivery equipment must be called in for pick up.
What if I need something for more than a day? In addition to hourly and daily rates, all of our equipment has weekly and monthly rates. For a weekly or monthly quote on anything we carry, please contact the rental counter.
What if I don’t know what I need or don’t know how to operate it? We have a number of staff members who have been in the rental industry for over ten years, as well as having backgrounds in construction, carpentry, landscaping, and other related fields. We have the practical knowledge and experience to point you to the right machine for your job, and we can instruct you in the proper operation of anything in our fleet.
What do I do if I have a problem? We pride ourselves in keeping a rental fleet of properly maintained, quality equipment. However, we realize the potential for unforeseen issues and/or problems inherent in working with tools and machinery. Should you experience a problem during the course of your rental, the first step is always to CALL US. In most cases we can walk you through the problem over the telephone or simply swap out the equipment in a timely manner.
